Ideal for advertising materials, annual reports, books, catalogues and brochures, guides, leaflets, notebooks and direct mailing. The exceptional bulk level and opacity offered by the Eucalyptus fibre content, make this Print Speed paper printable on both sides (also known as duplex, it needs compatible printers) with no see-trough. The Print Speed range has established itself as a benchmark in the industry for uncoated paper, thanks to its superb unique combination of whiteness, coating, opacity and printing performance. This Print Speed Offset assortment is also suitable for screen printing, silk screen, letterpress and thermography and guaranteed for foil blocking and embossing, spot varnishing and drilling. Setup

Strapping bands (if applied) should be removed shortly after delivery.
Store the paper in the printing room for 24 to 48 hours before printing so that the temperature is balanced between the paper and the room when printing. Ideal press room conditions should be 50% +/-5% relative humidity at 20°C.
Outer wrappers should be removed only when ready to print.
Slitting: keep the paper grain (// to the large side) perpendicular to the printing direction.

Pre-printing

Large printed surface: under colour-removal necessary
Intense full colours
- Black: blue support (40%) recommended
- Colours: for dot areas over 320%, one or several Under Colour Removals are recommended.
Screen ruling: suitable with all existing half tone technologies ; Recommended = 150 lines per inch maximum.

Printing

Inking: conforming to the intensity of the proof ; suitable with any good quality ink.
Switching: 30 minutes to 2 hours after printing.

Storage Recommendations

As with all papers, please ensure this product has acclimatised to the local environment before opening. It is recommended you protect the paper from changes in humidity between different processes. Avoid exposure to excessive heat or cold and uncontrolled humidity
